  4. Enter further information by clicking “BILLING” under EDIT.

HOW DOES OUR SYSTEM WORKS?

Once the buyer confirms his order, it is forwarded to relevant seller. Depending on the type of service asked (edible/fabric/décor etc); our delivery executive collects the item and ships it to buyer.

 
WHAT TYPE OF PACKAGING WE USE?

All products will have the original packing of the brand with some protective packing. Naaniz’s provides only a branded delivery box in which the original packs are put inside. However in the event of delivery not being done in the branded box, it will be done by us.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATIONS?
Cancellation of the orders are allowed ONLY till 10AM for orders placed prior to this time of the same day or in the previous 22 hours (post 10 am of the previous day). Post 8 AM the orders are processed for pick up. Once the orders are sent out for picking up they cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Some of our products are perishable and hence we cannot use the products in case orders are cancelled. We request customers to note that they are liable to make the full payment for orders which have been procured based on their order. Refusal of delivery is also not allowed and the consumer would still be liable to make the payment.

All Housewives that we curate have a track record of zero complaints on quality. We have packed all your products with utmost care to ensure no breakages and leakages.In the rarest of rare events if you still have any issues with the products you have received we would be very keen to understand your feedback and look at appropriate action.

However, none of the above terms affect your statutory rights or your rights under the Consumer Protection Regulations when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. In the unlikely event of this being the case, we will initiate the return process after getting the complete details including the picture of the product. Please contact customer support for help.
DO WE ACCEPT ANY RETURN?
Return of perishable edibles will not be entertained. For other products, within 7 days return policy.
